10 for a weekly pass. Can be paid online and can request for a refund if booked in error by contacting the customer service. It's a spacious and secure car park.

Very helpful when they were manned not so good now as they have an automatic numberplate recognition system and no staff on hand to help with query’s all web based this company has declined in the last 6 months.

Parked today. Machines broken and couldnt pay. Very worried as no obvious machine on level 1 to report a fault. Left without paying as noway too pay!!! Avoid at all cost sooo stressful. There was a queue of others in same situation

Absolutely pathetic trying to get through to actually speak to 1 of these people what a joke,,, I was nearly 2 hour's on the phone pressing option 1 then 5 to customer service,,,I got to say my name 4 time's then it was hold on & all of a sudden I've been put back onto the automated option's,,,over the last few day's I've been trying to contact apcoa through phone call's leading to no where messaging on Facebook doing live chat's on their website finally I got a number from edwardo on live chat & this is the number I have been phoning today with no outcome what so ever,,, frustrated & annoyed ️.

So Since they upgraded their lovely car park - 1st floor card machine doesn't work, 2nd floor is out of use and by the time you reach 7th floor to pay by card queuing you need to pay for extra stay. TBH I dunno why change something that worked before... and can anyone explain, how to get your two hours for free using pure gym?
